• Damp remedial works

• Property protection services

Quotations

​

All quotations are provided without obligation.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 30 days.

Surveys

​

Survey findings are based upon the condition of the property at the time of inspection.

​

Hidden defects or concealed construction may not be identifiable without invasive investigation.

​

Remedial Works

​

Any recommended remedial works will be agreed before work commences.

Timescales may change due to weather, material availability or unforeseen site conditions.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide safe access

• Supply accurate information

• Inform us of known hazards

• Ensure utilities are available where required

Payment

​

Payment terms will be stated on quotations and invoices.

Late payments may incur interest where permitted by law.

Cancellation

​

Customers may cancel appointments by providing reasonable notice.

Late cancellations may incur charges where costs have already been incurred.

Liability

We will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing within these terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
